Erythropoietin R is a transmembrane protein expressed on the surface of megakaryocytes, erythroid progenitors, and endothelial cells.
It binds Epo and transmits signals that stimulate the proliferation and maturation of bone marrow erythroid precursor cells into red blood cells.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:ELISA (detection): 0.5-2ug/ml paired with 048928 as capture anitbody
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20℃.
Reconstitute with sterile PBS.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20℃.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
