• CXCR6, is a G protein- coupled chemokine receptor expressed on activated T cells and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes.
• It binds soluble CXCL16 and membrane-anchored CXCL16 expressed on dendritic cells and macrophages.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells from BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line transfected with mouse CXCR6 and eGFP.
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Excitation:620-650nm
• Emission:660-670nm
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4℃ for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
