This antibody was raised against a linear 8XHis tag.
It reacts with His-tagged protein with C, N or internal 6XHis tags or longer.
It can be used for western blotting to detect linear His repeats (6XHis or more).
It can also be used for ICFC and ICC staining of His-tagged proteins.
Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Flow Cytometry: ≤5ug/10e6 cells in 100ulWestern Blot: 1:1000-1:10,000 (0.05-0.5ug/ml)Immunocytochemistry: 1:500-1:5000 (0.1-1ug/ml) Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20℃.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
