特徴
- Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is a 150kD soluble protein that serves as a major effector molecule of the humoral immune response in man.
- Its concentration in blood plasma of healthy individuals is approximately 10 g/l, which accounts for about 75% of the total plasma immunoglobulins.
- IgG has the highest stability of blood immunoglobulins (T1/2 = 21 days) and is able of placental transfer.
- IgG is secreted by plasma cells at a comparably high rate as other immunoglobulins.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA and Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Flow Cytometry: 1-5ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20℃.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
