特徴

• B220 is the mouse CD45 isoform CD45R, which is predominantly expressed on all B lymphocytes, including pro-, mature and activated B cells (1‑3).
• The level of B220 antigen expression on the B cell lineage is developmentally regulated (2‑4) and this antibody is commonly used as a B cell marker.
• 045854 has been reported to inhibit in vivo B cell responses (5, 6).
• Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells using mouse splenocytesOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20℃.
• Aliquots are stable at -20℃ for 12 months after receipt.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
