特徴

• VP1 and VP2 are highly enriched in the nucleus, while non-assembled VP3 is evenly distributed in the nucleus and the cytoplasm.
• Epitope mapping experiments (Wo- bus et al., see below) identified aa726 to aa733 (C-terminus; common to all 3 VP proteins) as the specific binding region.
• The antibody is also useful for characterization of different stages of infection.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence/Immunocytochemistry, Western Blot, Dot Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Affinity chromatography.
• Other applications have not been tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Immunoprecipitation: Mainly free VP proteins
• Western Blot: 1:25-1:200Dot Blot: denaturing conditionsOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20℃.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
