Low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 4 (LRP4), also known as LRLR dan and multiple epidermal growth factor-like domains 7 (MEGF7), is a member of the LDLR family and has a large N terminus.
LRP4 may help regulate Wnt signaling and is a receptor for agrin to activate muscle-specific kinase (MuSK), a critical tyrosine kinase in neuromuscular junction formation.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1-5ug/mlImmunohistochemistry (paraffin): 10ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20℃.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
