Bromodexyuridine (BrdU) is a thymidine analog, which is selectively incorporated into the DNA of proliferating cells to provide a marker for the DNA being replicated.
The number of proliferating cells can then be detected in cell lysates, tissue sections or suspensions using an antibody specific for the BrdU.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry and Flow Cytometry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Flow Cyotmetry: 1-2ug/ml.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
