GPBB-sensitive marker for the AMI diagnosis within 4 hours after the onset of chest pain.
It has also been shown that GPBB increased in a considerable proportion of AMI patients within 2-3 hours from chest pain onset.
GPBB increased early in patients with unstable angina.
GPBB can be also a sensitive marker for the detection of peri-operative myocardial ischaemia and infraction in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunoaffinity Purification and Western Blot.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: it is recommended to use three-step assay, since signal is low in one-step and two-step assaysOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Hybridoma:Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20℃.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
