Human Large neutral amino acids transporter small subunit 1, also known as SLC7A5, CD98 Light Chain (CD98LC), 4F2 light chain and LAT1 belongs to the APC (Amino acid-Polyamine-organo Cation) superfamily and forms a heterodimer with SLC3A2 to function as sodium-independent, high-affinity transporter that mediates uptake of large neutral amino acids such as phenylalanine, tyrosine, L-DOPA, leucine, histidine, methionine and tryptophan.
Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry: 0.25ug/10e6 cellsOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20℃.
Reconstitute with sterile PBS.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20℃.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
