Sintilimab is fully human anti-PD-1 antibody used for tumor immunotherapy.
It adopts the IgG4 molecular framework and has its hinge region sequence modified (S228P).
Sindilimum acts as a blocker of programmed death receptor 1 (PD-1), which can bind to PD-1 molecule on the surface of T cells and release the inhibitory effect of the PD-1 pathway on T cells.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and SDS-PAGE.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20℃.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
