Reslizumab (Sch 55700) is humanized monoclonal antibodies that target interleukin-5 (IL-5) for the treatment of eosinophilic asthma.
Reslizumab is effective in neutralizing the function of IL-5.
Reslizumab inhibits IL-5-dependent cell proliferation, with an IC50 value of approximately 91.1pM.
Reslizumab has high binding affinity for human IL-5, with KD values of 109pM and 4.3pM in the the Biacore surface plasmon resonance and Kinetic Exclusion Assay, respectively.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and SDS-PAGE.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20℃.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
