Omburtamab is monoclonal antibody targeting B7-H3 antigen expressed in a variety of human solid tumors.
Omburtamab (alias: 8H9, formerly known as Burtomab) is a monoclonal antibody linked to radioisotope and capable of binding to the B7-H3 antigen on the surface of neuroblastoma cells.
Direct injection into cerebrospinal fluid, bypassing the blood-brain barrier, accurately targeting neuroblastoma in the central nervous system, to avoid damage to other tissues (such as learning disabilities and developmental delays often caused by conventional radiotherapy outside the brain).
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and SDS-PAGE.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20℃.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
