特徴

• Obinutuzumab Biosimilar uses the same protein sequences as the therapeutic antibody obinutuzumab.
• Obinutuzumab is an antineoplastic CD20 antibody used to treat untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia in combination with chlorambucil.
• In contrast to rituximab, which is a classic type I CD20 antibody, obinutuzumab binds to type II CD20 antibodies.
• This allows obinutuzumab to have a much higher induction of antibody-dependant cytotoxicity and a higher direct cytotoxic effect than the classic CD20 antibodies.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Neutralization, Functional Assays such as bioanalytical PK and ADA assays, and those assays for studying biological pathways affected by Obinutuzumab.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20℃.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
