特徴

• Drozitumab Biosimilar uses the same protein sequences as the therapeutic antibody drozitumab.
• Drozitumab is a human monoclonal antibody in development for the treatment of cancers.
• It targets Tumor Necrosis Factor Related Apoptosis-inducing Ligand (TRAIL), whose receptors are found on the surface of many types of malignant cells.
• Although drozitumab was studied in phase II trials for treating chondrosarcoma, colorectal cancer, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, and non-small cell lung cancer, development has been halted due to lack of clinical response.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Neutralization, Functional Assays such as bioanalytical PK and ADA assays, and those assays for studying biological pathways affected by Drozitumab.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20℃.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
