- Daratumumab (Anti-Human CD38) is the first-in-class human-specific anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody.
- Daratumumab has anti-multiple myeloma (MM) effect.
- Daratumumab impairs MM cell adhesion, which results in an increased sensitivity of MM to proteasome inhibition.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Neutralization, Functional Assays such as bioanalytical PK and ADA assays, and those assays for studying biological pathways affected by Daratumumab.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20℃.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
