Cusatuzumab is simple antibody targeting CD70, which is an immune checkpoint target involving hematological malignancies, various solid tumors and various autoimmune diseases.
Cusatuzumab aims to block CD70 by killing CD70-expressing cancer cells through complement-dependent cytotoxicity, enhancing antibody-dependent cell-mediated phagocytosis and enhancing antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity Immunological monitoring of solid tumors.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and SDS-PAGE.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20℃.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
