• Camrelizumab biosimilar is a humanized monoclonal antibody that blocks the interaction between PD-1 and its ligands, PD-L1 and PD-L2.
• It is an IgG4 kappa immunoglobulin with an approximate molecular weight of 149kD
• Camrelizumab is under investigation in clinical trial NCT03417895 (SHR-1210 combined with Apatinib in treatment of ED-SCLC after failure of first line standard therapy).
• Applications:Suitable for use in Functional Assays.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20℃.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
