特徴

• Brolucizumab Biosimilar uses the same protein sequences as the therapeutic antibody brolucizumab.
• Brolucizumab is a monoclonal antibody indicated to treat neovascular age related macular degeneration.
• Brolucizumab is a vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) inhibitor which targets the major VEGF-A isoforms: VEGF110, VEGF121, and VEGF165.
• Inhibition of these VEGF-A isoforms reduce proliferation of endothelial cells, vascularization of the tissue, and permeability of the vasculature.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Neutralization, Functional Assays such as bioanalytical PK and ADA assays, and those assays for studying biological pathways affected by Brolucizumab.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
