特徴

• Alemtuzumab is a medication used to treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and multiple sclerosis.
• In CLL, it has been used as both a first line and second line treatment.
• In MS it is generally only recommended if other treatments have not worked.
• It is given by injection into a vein.
• 591655 is a monoclonal antibody that binds to CD52, a protein present on the surface of mature lymphocytes, but not on the stem cells from which these lymphocytes are derived.
• After treatment with alemtuzumab, these CD52-bearing lymphocytes are targeted for destruction.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Neutralization, Functional Assays such as bioanalytical PK and ADA assays, and those assays for studying biological pathways affected by alemtuzumab..
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20℃.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
