特徴

• Aflibercept biosimilar has the same amino acid sequence as Aflibercept (trade name Eylea), a recombinant protein composed of the binding domains of two human vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) receptors fused with the Fc region of human immunoglobulin gamma 1 (IgG1).
• It inhibits vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), and is used in the treatment of macular edema following Central Retinal Vein Occlusion (CRVO) and neovascular Age-Related Macular Degeneration (AMD).
• Aflibercept is a dimeric glycoprotein with a molecular weight of 96.9 kilo Daltons (kDa).
• Glycosylation adds its molecular weight to 115 kDa in total.
• Ziv-aflibercept (trade name Zaltrap) was developed as an injection for treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Neutralization, Functional Assays such as bioanalytical PK and ADA assays, and those assays for studying biological pathways affected by Aflibercept.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20℃.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
