特徴

• MCP-1, also known as CCL2, is expressed by a range of cells including monocytes, vascular endothelial cells, smooth muscle cells, osteoblasts and glomeruler mesangial cells.
• MCP-1 plays an important role in the inflammatory response of blood monocytes and tissue macrophages.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:1000Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:250-1:500.
• Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections.
• Sodium citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for this purpose
