TRAF proteins are multifunctional signal adaptors that are involved in the activation of the kinase cascades which activate c-Jun N-terminal kinase, p38 mitogen activated protein kinase, and the transcription factor NF-kB.
Members of the TRAF family form homodimers as well as heterodimers, resulting in extensive diversity and specificity to their function in signal transduction pathways.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1ug/ml, ECLOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20℃.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
