Histones H1 are necessary for the condensation of nucleosome chains into higher-order structures.
The H1F0 histones are found in cells that are in terminal stages of differentiation or that have low rates of cell division.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1-2ug/mlImmunohistochemistry (formalin-fixed paraffin sections): 1-2ug/ml for 30 min at RTFlow Cytometry: 1-2ug/10e6 cellsImmunofluorescence: 1-2ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20℃.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
