• It exhibits sequence homology to Bcl-2, a protein that prevents apoptosis, within its BH1 and BH2 domains.
• Bad is phosphorylated at several sites including Ser112, Ser136; phosphorylation by kinases like Akt is known to alter the effects of Bad.
• Bad has been demonstrated to be phosphorylated at Ser170.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry: 1:50Immunoprecipitation: 1-2ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20℃.
• Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
