特徴
- Anthrax lethal factor (LF) is a zinc-dependent protease that cleaves mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase (MAPKK) and causes lysis of macrophages.
- LF, together with protective antigen, forms lethal toxin, which is the dominant virulence factor produced by B.
- anthracis and is the major cause of death in infected animals.
- Lethal toxin has been reported to trigger apoptosis in human melanoma cells.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20℃.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
