Recommended Dilutions:Immunocytochemistry: (0.1-1ug/ml; formaldehyde fixation is tolerated)Western Blot (0.5µg/ml for HRPO/ECL detection; recommended blocking buffer CPPT: 10mM TRIS-HCl, pH 7.4, 0.5% (w/v) casein, 1% (w/v) PEG 4,000, 1% (w/v) polyvinylpyrrolidone, 0.1% (v/v) Tween 20, 150mM sodium chloride)Suggested dilutions/conditions may not be available for all applications
Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20℃.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20℃.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
