- Panitumumab, a fully anti-EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor, EGF receptor, ErbB-1 and HER1 in humans) human monoclonal antibody, is used for the treatment of refractory EGFR-expressing metastatic colorectal cancer in patients with non-mutated (wild-type) KRAS".
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Neutralization, Functional Assays such as bioanalytical PK and ADA assays, and those assays for studying biological pathways affected by panitumumab.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20℃.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
