特徴

• Bcl2 modifying factor, also known as BMF belongs to the Bcl2 protein family of apoptosis mediators.
• Bmf is constitutively expressed in many tissues.
• This protein contains a single Bcl2 homology domain 3 (BH3), and has been shown to bind Bcl2 proteins and function as an apoptotic activator.
• Also, BMF is a key molecule for histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitors which alters the balance between acetylation and deacetylation, significantly increasing histone acetylation, while strongly inducing apoptosis in a variety of cancer cell types.
• Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot.
• Other applications have not been tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20℃.
• Aliquots are stable at -20℃ for 12 months after receipt.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
