MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
Produced by T-cells in response to antigenic or mitogenic stimulation, this protein is required for T-cell proliferation and other activities crucial to regulation of the immune response.
Can stimulate B-cells, monocytes, lymphokine-activated killer cells, natural killer cells, and glioma cells.
Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:FLISA: In a sandwich FLISA (assuming 100ul/well), a concentration of 4-8ug/ml of this antibody will detect at least 32pg/ml of recombinant murine IL-2 when used with biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-murine IL-2 as the detection antibody at a concentration of at least 1-2ug/ml
Western Blot: To detect mIL-2 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 2-4ug/ml.
Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant mIL-2 is 1-2ng/lane, under reducing conditions and 0.2-0.4ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at -20℃.
Stable for 12 months at -20℃.
Reconstitute with sterile PBS.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20℃.
Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20℃.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
