特徴
- Herpes Simplex virus (HSV) is a double stranded DNA virus of which there are 2 types, HSV1 and HSV2.
- HSV1 usually establishes latency in the trigeminal ganglion, a collection of nerve cells near the ear.
- From there, it tends to recur on the lower lip or face causing cold sores.
- HSV2 usually resides in the sacral ganglion at the base of the spine.
- From there, it recurs in the genital area.
- Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot and Immunofluorescence.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilution to be determined by researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ before opening.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4℃ as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute only prior to immediate use.
- Stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Allophycocyanin (APC) is light sensitive.
- Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
