- This is the D3 subtype of the five (D1-D5) dopamine receptors.
- D3 subtype receptor activity is mediated by inhibitory G proteins.
- This receptor is localized to the limbic areas of the brain, which are associated with cognitive, emotional, and endocrine functions.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry.
- Both formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded immunohistochemical staining and Western Blot have been reported in literature (ref 1 and 2).

- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: 10ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20℃.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
