特徴

• KRT18 encodes the type I intermediate filament chain keratin 18.
• Keratin 18, together with its filament partner keratin 8, are perhaps the most commonly found members of the intermediate filament gene family.
• They are expressed in single layer epithelial tissues of the body.
• Mutations in this gene have been linked to cryptogenic cirrhosis.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry: 1-5ug/ml.
• Intracellular staining
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20℃.
• Aliquots are stable at -20℃ for 12 months after receipt.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
