CD73 (ecto-5`-nucleotidase) is a 69kD GPI-anchored surface protein.In mouse, expression of CD73 in bone marrow is restricted to the CD11b+ myeloid cells.In spleen it is largely expressed on T cells.
Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Flow Cytometry: ≤0.06ug/10e6 cells in 100ulImmunohistochemistry: frozenOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20℃.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
