• This translocation triggers a series of signaling process.
• Notch 3 is primarily expressed in adult arterial smooth muscle cells.
• Notch 3 gene mutation can cause CADASIL, an inherited early stroke syndrome.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.

• Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry: ≤ 0.25ug labels 1x10e6 cells in 100ulOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
