特徴
- CD19 is a 95kD glycoprotein also known as B4.
- It is a member of the Ig superfamily, expressed on all pro-B to mature B cells (during development) and follicular dendritic cells.
- Plasma cells do not express CD19.
- CD19, in association with CD21 and CD81, forms a molecular complex integral to B cell activation.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Flow Cytometry: ≤0.125ug/10e6 cells in 100ulOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ if to be used immediately within two weeks.
- For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20℃.
- Aliquots are stable at -20℃ for 12 months after receipt.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
