CD210, also known as the IL-10 receptor, is a 90-110 kD protein expressed on T cells, B cells, NK cells, monocytes and macrophages.
CD210 belongs to the class II cytokine receptor family which includes the IFN-γ receptor (CDw119), the IFN-a/b receptor (CD118) and tissue factor (CD142).
The IL-10 receptor is involved in signal transduction by inducing phosphorylation of STAT1a and STAT3 and by inducing activation of Jak1 and Tyk
Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Flow Cytometry: 5ul labels 1x10e6 cells in 100ul.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4℃ for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
