- Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) nuclear antigen 1 (EBNA1) is an EBV antigen that is expressed in all EBVassociated malignancies.
- EBNA1 is known to be required for maintenance of the EBV episome, and is expressed in all forms of EBV latency.
- Thus, EBNA1 is supposed to play a central role in the maintenance and segregation of the episomal latent EBV genome.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: paraffinOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20℃.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
