Transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-beta) family of proteins has potent hematopoietic regulatory properties ranging from effects on the growth and differentiation of primitive stem cells to the differentiated functions of mature cells.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Neutralization and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Neutralization: Measured by its ability to neutralize TGF‑ beta 1 inhibition of IL‑4-dependent proliferation in the HT‑2 mouse T cell line.

The Neutralization Dose (ND50) is typically 0.25-1.25ug/mL in the presence of 1ng/mL recombinant human TGF‑ beta 1 and 7.5 ng/mL recombinant mouse IL‑4
Western Blot: 1ug/ml under non-reducing conditions onlyELISA: 2-8ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20℃.
Reconstitute with sterile PBS.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20℃.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
