• CD305, also known as LAIR1 (leukocyte-associated Ig-like receptor 1), is an inhibitory receptor found on many types of peripheral blood cells.
• It serves to suppress cell cytotoxicity, activation, proliferation, and differentiation regarding autoantigens via its two intracellular ITIM sites.
• CD305 belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily and the leukocyte-associated inhibitory receptor family of proteins.
• It reacts with collagen ligands.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ulOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4℃ for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
