特徴

• CD279 is a 50-55 kD immunoglobulin superfamily member also known as programmed death-1 (PD-1).
• PD-1 is expressed on a subset of CD4-CD8- thymocytes and on activated T and B cells.
• PD-1 is thought to be involved in lymphocyte clonal selection and peripheral tolerance.
• The PD-1 ligands, PD-L1 (also known as B7-H1) and PD-L2 (B7-DC), are members of the B7 immunoglobulin superfamily.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Flow Cytometry: 1ug labels 10e6 cells in 100ulOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4℃ for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
