Beta 2 Microglobulin non-covalently associates with the 44kD alpha chain to form the HLA Class I antigen complex.
Human beta 2 Microglobulin associated with HLA Class I antigens are expressed on many types of cells including lymphocytes, thymocytes, monocytes, granulocytes, platelets, endothelial cells and epithelial cells.
It is absent on erythrocytes.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Flow Cytometry: 1-2ug/mlWestern Blot: 2ug/ml under non-reducing conditionsImmunohistochemistry: paraffinOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃.
For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4℃.
Do not freeze.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
