特徴

• Cytokeratins are a subfamily of intermediate filaments and are characterized by remarkable biochemical diversity.
• They are represented in epithelial tissues by at least 20 different polypeptides, molecular weight between 40kD and 68kD.
• The individual cytokeratin polypeptides are designated 1 to 20 and divided into the type I (acidic cytokeratins 9-20) and type II (basic to neutral cytokeratins 1-8) families.
• Cytokeratin 18 belongs to type I family (acidic cytokeratins).
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1-2ug/mlImmunohistochemistry: paraffinFlow Cytometry: 2-6ug/ml.
• Intracellular staining
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20℃.
• Aliquots are stable at -20℃ for 12 months after receipt.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
