特徴

• Cytokeratins are a subfamily of intermediate filaments and are characterized by remarkable biochemical diversity.
• They are represented in epithelial tissues by at least 20 different polypeptides, molecular weight between 40 kDa and 68 kDa.
• The individual cytokeratin polypeptides are designated 1 to 20 and divided into the type I (acidic cytokeratins 9-20) and type II (basic to neutral cytokeratins 1-8) families.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 10ug/ml, pretreatment: trypsin/temperature 37℃
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20℃.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
