Human MIG (monokine induced by interferon-g) is produced by macrophages and other cells and is a member of the a-chemokine family (C-X-C) of cytokines.
MIG acts as a chemoattractant toward monocytes, lymphocytes, and certain T cells.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:ELISA (sandwich): 2-4ug/ml (100ul/well) detects at least 0.2ng/well of recombinant human MIG when used with M3949-03 as the detection antibody
Western Blot: 0.50-2.0ug/ml.
When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant human MIG is 0.25-0.50ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions and 2.0-4.0ng/lane, under reducing conditions
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20℃.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20℃.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
