• Recommended Dilutions:ELISA (sandwich): 4-8ug/ml (100ul/well) detects at least 100pg/ml of Recombinant Human sIL-2 Receptor α when used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents
• Western Blot: 0.2-0.4ug/ml.
• When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for Recombinant Human sIL-2 Receptor α is 2-4ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions
• Neutralization: 1-1.5ug/ml needed to yield one-half of the maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of human IL-2 sRa (10ng/ml)
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20℃.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
