特徴
- Human CD8 is a heterodimeric protein consisting of an a and b chain, each about 33kD.
- CD8 is expressed on most thymocytes and on about one third of peripheral blood T cells.
- CD8 is a co-receptor involved in antigen recognition and binds to the a2 and a3 domain of MHC Class I molecules.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ in the dark.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4℃ for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
