特徴
- CD50 is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein, containing five immunoglobulin-like C2-type domains, and is a ligand for LFA-1.
- CD50 is expressed by a wide range of leukocytes.
- It plays a role in leukocyte adhesion and also acts as a signaling and costimulatory molecule on T lymphocytes.
- Applications:
- Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry: Use 20ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul
- Optimal dilution determined by the researcher
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ in the dark.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4℃ for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
