特徴
- An antibody for phenotyping of malignant T-cell lymphomas and for the evaluation of cytotoxic/suppressor T-cells.
- CT 8 recognizes the 30kD human T- cytotoxic/ suppressor lymphocyte cell surface antigen, expressed on blood lymphocytes.
- The antigen is also present on NK-cells and on ~80% of thymocytes.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Frozen, paraffin): 1:100.
- Microwave treatment required for paraffin sectionsOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20℃.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
