特徴

• CD235a (Glycophorin A) is member of the glycophorin A family.
• It is a type I sialoglycoprotein with a molecular weight of 10 kD, present in the cell membrane as a homodimer.
• Glycophorin A is expressed by erythroid precursors and erythrocytes.
• It carries the antigen determinants for the MNS blood groups and has been proposed to be an inhibitor of hemagglutination and hemolysis.
• Glycophorin A binds siglec 5, the erythrocyte binding antigen (EBA-175) of P.
• falciparum and some viruses, including influenza virus and hepatitis A virus.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
• Other applications have not been tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Flow Cytometry (immunofluorescent staining): ≤0.5ug/10e6 cells in 100ulOptimal dilution determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20℃.
• Aliquots are stable at -20℃ for 12 months after receipt.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
